Person Specification Bachelor s/master s degree in Marketing / digital marketing, Communications, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in marketing (online and offline ) and Brand promotion ,ideally in real estate /builders or similar industry. KSAs (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) Excellent communication skills Technical Proficiency Excellent knowledge of MS Office Team Management skills Expertise in coordination of digital marketing, content creation evaluation , and corporate communication. Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid digital campaigns. Exceptional writing, and presentation skills. A sharp analytical mind to measure and improve marketing efforts. Team player JOB ROLE Plan and execute marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Creating content for our website, social media, blogs and more in coordination with respective agencies . Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, online ads) for lead generation and brand building. Work closely with sales and product teams to develop marketing collateral. Organize and execute corporate presentations, internal communications, and PR activities. Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to amplify our brand and to track them and to give necessary recommendations for improvement. Track and analyze marketing metrics to optimize performance and ROI. Evaluate , understand and keep updated on new industry trends and competitor strategies. Co-ordinate in house and outdoor marketing events Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively across campaigns and initiatives.
