Job Description

The incumbent will be operating from TMEIC India Mumbai office or any other project site as necessary to meet the functional objective, majorly in any of metro cities in India. The job may call for frequent project site visits, customer supplier meetings to complete the projects on time and within budget. Review of incoming contract, identification of scope of supply, identification of Risks Prepare and monitor delivery schedules involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Coordinate with various supporting functions and ensure flawless execution of the projects Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs. Maintain effective communication with client s offices and suppliers. Identifications of Risks and mitigation plan Submission of drawings and getting customer approvals/ manufacturing clearances Create and maintain comprehensive and traceable project documentation Attending site co-ordination meetings Co-ordinate for equipment customer inspections and getting dispatch clearances Monitor AR and Collection of payments on time from customers Developing new suppliers Provide personal leadership direction and control of all aspects to achieve short and long term financial growth plan and profitability as per BU Project Execution objective Provide monthly reports to management Education :- Diploma or BE / B.Tech Electrical Essential : - PM, Engineering co-ordination with Customer/factory / UPS-bought out suppliers/ Installation commissioning contractors etc. Desired: - Able to prepare SLD, layout etc using ACAD software Knowledge : Good knowledge of Industrial UPS System including Batteries and design coordination Total 5 to 10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in Industrial UPS application/ Electrical EPC contracts.
