With a focus on consultative selling and strategic partnerships, you will leverage your expertise to deliver impactful solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.**Key Responsibilities:**1. **Business Development:**- Identify and target prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' goals, pain points, and market dynamics.- Develop tailored digital marketing proposals and presentations that address clients' specific challenges and objectives.2. **Sales Strategy:**- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve individual and team revenue targets.- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.- Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales strategies, optimize processes, and enhance the overall client experience.3. **Relationship Management:**- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client engagements.4. **Sales Performance:**- Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts using CRM software.- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.5.**Team Leading** (For Sales Manager)Responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve business goals while monitoring individual and collective performance. Ensures clear goal setting, execution, and alignment with company objectives. Handles conflict resolution, fosters a positive work environment, and identifies skill gaps for training and development. Encourages collaboration with other departments to enhance efficiency and productivity.
