Attendant In charge – Almas Hospital, Kottakkal Position: Attendant In charge Location: Almas Hospital, Kottakkal, Kerala Posting Type: Full-Time Reporting To: Housekeeping Supervisor Job Description: The Attendant In charge will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities and duties of hospital attendants posted at Almas Hospital. The role involves ensuring discipline, scheduling duties, and maintaining the hygiene and operational readiness of attendant staff across hospital wards and support areas. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the team of ward attendants and support staff. Maintain duty rosters and ensure timely shift changes. Ensure all attendants follow infection control protocols and hospital policies. Coordinate with nursing and medical teams for support services. Conduct regular briefings, training, and performance evaluations. Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution among attendants. Maintain records of attendance, leave, and compliance reports. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: 10+2 or equivalent; preference for diploma holders in Hospital Administration or related fields. At least 2–3 years of experience in hospital support or supervisory roles. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a multidisciplinary environment.
