We're looking for an Audit and Tax Manager, specializing in direct tax compliance, audit management, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage Income Tax Returns filing, Tax Audits, and statutory compliance. Lead and oversee tax audits and financial statement preparation. Liaise with clients and tax authorities for tax-related matters. Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with Indian Tax Laws. Provide mentorship to the audit and tax team. Skills Required: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proven experience in direct tax compliance and audit management.. Strong knowledge of Indian Tax Laws and financial reporting. Excellent communication and client management skills.
