Role Description< /p> 📍 Location: Lucknow (with travel to client sites within city and nearby areas)< /p> 💼 Type: Full-time< /p> 🕒 Experience: 1–3 years (preferred in Statutory/Internal Audits) Key Resp o nsibilities • Conduc t Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, and Special Purpose Audits independently or under supervision.• Handle end-to-end audit processes from planning to execution and reporting at client locations.• Verify financial records, documents, internal controls, and compliances as per:• Compani es Act, 2013• Income Tax Act, 1961• GST Act , 2017• ICAI St andards on Auditing• Prepare audit working papers, checklists, and draft audit reports.• Maintai n timely client communication and coordinate with internal teams.• Identif y and report control weaknesses and suggest improvements.• Ensure compliance with the ICAI Code of Ethics and firm’s internal policies. Required Qualifications & Skills • B.Com / M.Com / Semi-qualified CA / CA Dropout / IPCC cleared.• Sound k nowledge of:• Account ing Standards (ICAI)• Taxatio n & GST concepts• Audit t echniques and documentation• Profici ent in Tally, Excel, and accounting/audit tools.• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.• Ability to work independently at client sites with integrity and accountability.
