We are currently looking for dependable and professional drivers to join our team in Hyderabad and Bengaluru as Spro Delivery Drivers. Job Summary:As a Spro Delivery Driver, you will be a key contributor to our logistics operations. You will be responsible for picking up a company-assigned delivery vehicle from the designated hub, executing delivery tasks as per the route plan, and returning the vehicle post-shift. Your role is vital in ensuring safe, timely, and complete deliveries. Key Responsibilities:Report to the assigned hub at the beginning of each shift Pick up a 3-wheeler delivery vehicle provided by the company Travel to client locations for loading goods Follow the assigned delivery route plan and complete scheduled deliveries Adhere to traffic regulations and company protocols at all times Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time Return the vehicle to the hub and complete end-of-day reporting Communicate with the team for route assistance or in case of emergencies (RSA support available) Eligibility Criteria:Must possess a valid 3-wheeler or 4-wheeler Driving License or Learner’s License (LL) Proficient in using Android smartphones Comfortable navigating with Google Maps and basic digital tools Physically fit to manage daily delivery tasks Basic understanding of local roads, delivery routes, and traffic regulations Additional Details:🕒 Shift Timing: 11 hours per day (including breaks) 💰 Earnings: Up to ₹27,000/month (inclusive of performance incentives, PF & ESI benefits) 🚚 Distance Covered: Approximately 60–70 km per day 🛠️ Support: Roadside Assistance available for vehicle breakdowns or issues 👕 Company Support: Uniform, training, and delivery app support provided Join us and become a vital part of a growing delivery ecosystem, with the support and stability you need to succeed.
