Position Overview: We are seeking a Zonal Sales Head for (Pune & Delhi NCR location) with expertise in the Automotive Electronics or Industrial Sales domain to lead our sales operations and business development at the zonal level. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where they are empowered to achieve clearly defined objectives. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers in the automotive industry. Drive sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and customer needs. Qualifications and Skills: B.Tech (or diploma) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.(Will be preferred) 9 to 15 years of relevant sales experience in a reputable company. Proven sales skills, including negotiation, persuasion, and relationship building. Ability to collaborate effectively and solve complex problems. Eagerness to learn and absorb new knowledge. Experience in the automotive wire harness industry or connector/components business is must. Candidate should have experience in selling wiring harness products like connectors fuses and terminal to the Auto OEMs orTier1 companies. Its a B2B sales.
