The ideal candidate should be able to provide layouts, general arrangements and detailed technical drawings on AutoCAD in accordance with the timeline, quality, assurance standards and the client s project specifications. 3+ Years experience in luxury residential interiors is a must. Responsibilities: Preparing interior design drawings including floor plans, sections, elevations, furniture details, and general details Preparing specifications based on technical knowledge, given information and/or sketch drawings Producing fully coordinated and accurate GFC drawing sets and documentation packages Working Knowledge of: Expertise in AutoCAD Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design. Personal Traits: Excellent time management and organization skills Excellent coordination and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure
