About Us: Sagar Design Studio is a growing architectural drafting firm specializing in high-quality permit drawings for residential and commercial projects. We are dedicated to providing accurate, code-compliant drawings for clients across Canada and beyond. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented AutoCAD Drafter to join our team at our Surat office. If you are passionate about architectural design, drafting, and delivering quality work, we’d love to have you on board. Job Summary: As an AutoCAD Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and structural drawings that meet client specifications and local code requirements. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure all drawings are delivered on time and with precision. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings for residential and commercial building permit applications Interpret architectural sketches, layouts, and notes into professional, compliant drawings Revise and update drawings as required based on feedback or changes Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes and regulations Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and client expectations Maintain organized files and documentation for all projects Qualifications: Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting required; 3D drafting a plus) 0–3 years of experience in architectural or structural drafting (freshers with strong skills may apply) Knowledge of building permit requirements (preferred) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Good communication and teamwork skills Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunity to work on international (Canada-based) projects Career growth and learning opportunities Supportive work environment Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Experience: AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
