Role & Job Title: Automation Sales Representative Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Automation Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves driving sales of industrial automation solutions, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency for customers through automation technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automation systems and excellent sales skills to deliver value-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the industrial automation market. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Promote automation products and services, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, sensors, robotics, and custom solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their automation needs. Provide consultative sales support, including technical presentations and demonstrations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Solution Design and Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized automation solutions. Develop comprehensive proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and project timelines. Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in automation. Identify market needs and recommend product or service improvements. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management. Track and manage sales leads and opportunities using CRM tools. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Educate clients on automation products and solutions to ensure they maximize their benefits. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars to showcase automation solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Automation, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automation, manufacturing, or industrial sector.
