Our office in Pune, India is actively expanding our team; we are looking for an automation technology trainer. Responsibilities organization, scheduling, and execution of internal and customer training within the company implement technology enabled innovations to support blended and digital learning collect feedback on completed training to evaluate and measure results and make improvements where required pre and post training communication to customers and internal coordination to process the relevant formalities support and mentor new employees co-ordination with training department in Germany maintain a database of training material and documents resource management and organization, scheduling, and execution of workshops build up training infrastructure and improve facility utilization Qualifications experience: 2 to 5 years B.E. / B Tech (E&TC, electronics, instrumentation, mechatronics) experience with IEC 61131-3 programming languages, including object-oriented extensions experience in C#, C++, Python, JSS, HTML5, industry 4.0 is a plus understanding of PLCs, motion controllers, robotics, distributed I/O, fieldbus systems (EtherCAT), and HMI technology customer-oriented with great communication skills, ideally with experience in training understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools strong analytical and reasoning skills to collaborate in a fast-paced, action-oriented team previous technical training and/or Beckhoff Automation experience Benefits an exciting role in an international environment with the technology leader in automation a future-proof job with an economically sound global player all the benefits of an owner-managed family company an open and family-oriented corporate culture room for personal expansion and professional development Ms. Aarti Chikane Headquarters India Beckhoff Automation Pvt.
