Job Description

We are hiring Luxury Two Wheeler sales Executive for out client who is a Luxury Two Wheeler Dealer Based out of Bengaluru. Client is looking for consultant with Must have 3 Years sales experience in Automobile industry. Candidates should be available to join in under one month notice. Job Description Greet customers as they enter the dealership and assess their needs. Provide expert guidance on vehicle options, including features, benefits, and pricing, based on customer preferences and requirements. Conduct test drives with customers and answer questions related to the vehicle's performance and features. Follow up with potential customers via phone, email, or in person to close sales and meet sales goals. Assist customers in completing sales contracts and documentation. Work closely with the finance department to help customers secure financing options and explain payment terms. Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and any other aspects of the sales transaction. Upsell additional services, warranties, and accessories to enhance the customer's purchase. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, features, promotions, and inventory in the dealership. Provide demonstrations of vehicles and explain technical specifications, benefits, and uses. Stay informed about new vehicle releases, upgrades, and changes in the automotive industry. Generate and follow up on leads to build a strong customer base. Use online tools, social media, and other platforms to generate new business and drive foot traffic to the dealership. Attend networking events, trade shows, and other marketing activities to build relationships with prospective customers. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the dealership. Report sales performance and provide updates to the sales manager or team lead. Track customer interactions and sales activity in the dealership's CRM system. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring an excellent experience from first contact through post-purchase support. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and positive word-of-mouth. Assist with vehicle delivery and ensure the customer is satisfied with their purchase experience. Work alongside other members of the sales team to meet dealership goals. Coordinate with the service and parts departments to ensure that customers needs are met before and after their purchase. Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, new inventory, promotions, and customer feedback. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or retail sales. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. A passion for automobiles and a willingness to learn about vehicle features and specifications. Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a goal-oriented environment. Comfortable using Microsoft Office, and should be a quick learner in understanding other dealership management software. Valid driver's license. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Familiarity with financing options and leasing. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, depending on the customer base. Work Location: Nagasandra, Bengaluru
