The group has acquired over 200 Acres of land in a strategic location near Mundra port.Avalanche Refineries Pvt Ltd, a group company of Avalanche Impex Pvt Ltd formed during Nov 2021 has put up state -of -the art manufacturing facilities to produce lubricating oils, Transformer Oils, White Oils and various other specialty products near Mundra port in GujaratJob Description. : Technical Services Manager ( TSM)The Technical services Manager shall oversee entire technical aspects of the company. He /she shall be responsible to obtain technical approvals from OEMs and Customers for its various products, application development, field trials , customer complaint redressal , making technical literature etc. . He/she shall identify opportunities in the market from major customers including participation in tenders from institutional customers ,OEMs and other focused sectors . TSM shall be responsible to conduct technical seminars ,customer meets ,product knowledge courses etc. and train staff and channel partners .Technical Services Manager: Roles & Responsibilities Technical lead : TSM shall lead the team and guide entire marketing team on technical aspects of the product and its application .Customer Services : - He/she shall deliver customer services, particularly industrial customers in the area of providing suitable products, conducting Lube surveys , conducting field trials , condition monitoring etc Product approvals :- TSM shall be responsible to obtain approvals for products from direct customers ,OEMs and service providers Training : - TSM shall undertake training activities pertaining to products & its application for staff , marketing team, channel partners , major customers on a continuous basis Customer complaint redressal :- TSM shall act as a nodal point for customer complaint redressal and shall be able to resolve the issue in time bound manner .Product literature :- He /She will be required to make product literature for entire portfolio along with salient features ,recommendations , equivalent charts etc Industry visits :- He /she shall make frequent visits to direct and Ressler segment to existing and prospective customers with a view to obtain market feedback and business expansion .Seminars /Meetings :- He /She shall conduct customer seminars and meetings with channel partners and their customers ( Retailers /mechanic etc ) periodically .Market feedback on product quality :- Shall obtain market feedback on product quality , competitors activities on regular basis and provide feedback to management .Future Requirements :- He /She should provide feedback on improvement areas for product portfolio , quality , future requirements etc Technical Services Manager: Requirements Qualification :- Engineering graduate ( mechanical or Chemical) from recognised university.Experience :- Minimum experience of 5 years in technical services of lubricant company of repute .He /she should possess excellent product knowledge on various types of lubricants and its application and major segments in industrial segments .He /She should posses excellent knowledge about lubricant industry . major players and core segments using lubricants He /she should have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communication.He /She posses good problem solving skills and customer centric approach .Age Group :- age group between 32-45 years . 2.Area Sales Manager (Industrial) Roles & ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Identify potential markets and engage with industrial customers to promote ARPL products.Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact for industrial clients, providing dedicated support and service.Sales & Execution: Manage end-to-end marketing and commercial activities, from order generation to payment realization and account reconciliation.Internal Coordination: Work with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product delivery in the right quality and quantity.Customer Satisfaction: Address inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards.Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, technical seminars, and new product launches, providing insights for strategic actions.Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive upselling/cross-selling.Strategic Initiatives: Implement new business initiatives introduced by ARPL as needed.
