SahiBandhu offers quick and secure gold loans at affordable interest rates, right at customer's doorstep in collaboration with leading banks in India. Role Overview: As the AVP - Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships with key banks, financial institutions, and non-banking partners (NBFCs). Youll spearhead product development initiatives, drive strategic alliances, and lead the charge in expanding our footprint across the BFSI ecosystem. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring an expert in relationship management and business growth. What Youll Do: Forge Strategic Partnerships :- Establish and nurture relationships with top banks, NBFCs, and other financial partners to unlock growth opportunities. Product Development Leadership:- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and launch cutting-edge banking products tailored to market needs. Business Growth: Drive new business development initiatives to meet revenue targets and KPIs. Ecosystem Expertise:- Leverage your deep knowledge of the banking and BFSI ecosystem to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities. Team Leadership:- Lead cross-functional teams in executing business strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
