Job Description

Responsible for Credit Appraisal including analyzing financial statements, client background, AML risk assessment, collateral analysis, requisite due diligence and preparation of credit pitch. Client interaction and physical client meetings wherever required. Customer Verification to comply with all regulatory norms. Preparation & Recommendation of Credit Appraisal Memo to the Requisite Authorities. Underwrite exposures for the Equipment/Vehicle Finance covering loans, leases and structured transactions. Engage with origination team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery on credit approvals and execution while ensuring compliance to credit policy and other underwriting procedures of the company. Supervise the Credit Team on the disbursal process. Manage asset quality of the portfolio, monitoring delinquency, engaging with delinquent Borrowers, regular review of specific accounts, covenant monitoring and acting on early warning signals. Active portfolio and account management. Co-ordination with external agencies as required. Managing Team and CPAs.
