Location(s): Quay Building 8th Floor, Bagmane Tech Park, Bengaluru, IN Line Of Business: RTG RSRCH(RTG RSRCH) Job Category: ESG Analytics, Data Research Experience Level: Experienced Hire Skills and Competencies: 7+ years in data management and transformation Proficient in SQL, dBeaver, Access, Collibra, Confluence, Jira Agile methodologies expertise Experience with large databases and unstructured data Qualifications: Experience in data content redesign and improvement Strong communication skills with senior management Professional data management qualifications and process certification (Yellow/Greenbelt) preferred Ability to synthesize user requirements into process flows Influential, able to navigate ambiguity and drive consensus Roles and Responsibilities: Design and implement data improvement initiatives Develop data elements and concepts for end-users Support data migration to cloud-based infrastructure Improve data taxonomies and attributes Lead UAT for Digital Ratings Platform Partner with teams for data structure planning and governance Identify and assess new data sources Normalize, standardize, clean, validate, and migrate data Monitor data processes and suggest improvements Govern data changes and align with Change Management Innovate data solutions and metrics Key contact for databases and reporting and define business data requirements in Agile pods Implement data service model for legacy system reporting This role involves transforming Ratings and Research (RR) processes through digitization and generative AI, creating a Data Migration plan, and engaging with senior leaders. Its a high-impact position tied to firm-wide objectives.
