This is a high-impact role that bridges brand strategy, consumer insights, and campaign planning. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of sharp analytical thinking, cultural awareness, and communication expertise to craft breakthrough strategies for top-tier clients. Key Responsibilities : Brand & Communication Strategy : Develop insightful, data-informed brand strategies and communication plans that drive business results for clients across industries. Consumer Insights & Research : Lead qualitative and quantitative research efforts to uncover deep consumer and cultural insights; translate findings into actionable strategic directions. Creative Brief Development : Craft compelling briefs that inspire creative teams and maintain strategic focus throughout the campaign lifecycle. Client Engagement : Partner with client leadership to align brand goals with planning outputs. Present strategic recommendations and support business development. Team Leadership : Mentor and guide junior planners; foster a collaborative environment that values insight-driven creativity. Trend & Culture Mapping : Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and market trends; embed relevant signals into planning processes and strategies. Integrated Campaign Planning : Work closely with creative, media, digital, and account management teams to ensure unified, multi-platform campaign strategies. Desired Candidate Profile : Education : Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or related fields. MBA preferred but not mandatory. Experience : Minimum 8 years in brand strategy / planning roles within leading advertising, branding, or communication agencies.
