Location(s): Quay Building 8th Floor, Bagmane Tech Park, Bengaluru, IN Line Of Business: RTG RSRCH(RTG RSRCH) Job Category: Corporate Services Experience Level: Experienced Hire Skills and Competencies Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification Proficiency in process tools like Lucidchart and/or Visio Proficiency in Agile methodologies Qualifications 5+ years of experience in process improvement and transformation roles Experience in managing a small team Ability to synthesize customer/user views into process flows or digital applications Strong communication skills for presenting recommendations to leadership Roles and Responsibilities Manage a specialized team of process and data analysts Coordinate the design, development, testing, and rollout of digital tools Define and map existing processes and measure baseline performance Apply Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma tools to improve processes Assess risks and ensure solutions align with business objectives Design and prioritize process improvements in partnership with senior management Monitor and report on the progress of process improvement initiatives Facilitate discussions with various teams to represent process transformation objectives Ensure continuous improvement and maintain process documentation Work in Agile pods to define business process requirements for technology solutions Act as a liaison between business units, product, and technology teams Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive digital readiness initiatives Create and contribute to training and communication plans for process and technology enhancements About the Team The Ratings Process and Data team focuses on data and process design and change management for scalable digitization across critical business initiatives. They work collectively with various stakeholders to document current state processes, define critical requirements for improvement, and lead simplification initiatives in an Agile, product-centric operating model.
