We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Radiology X-Ray Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is responsible for promoting and selling X-ray equipment and radiology solutions to healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers. The representative will engage with medical professionals to understand their needs, provide detailed product information, conduct product demonstrations, and build strong relationships to drive sales and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell X-ray equipment and radiology solutions to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the radiology and healthcare sector.Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.Customer Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.Understand client needs and offer tailored radiology solutions to enhance their operations.Provide timely and relevant product information to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.Product Knowledge & Technical Support: Demonstrate strong knowledge of X-ray equipment, radiology software, and related technology.Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the features, benefits, and advantages of our products.Stay updated with the latest advancements in radiology technology and integrate these insights into sales strategies.Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, industry trends, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and industry insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.Sales Process & Reporting: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.Prepare regular sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide updates to the sales management team.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of sales activities in the CRM system.Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with the technical support, product, and logistics teams to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner.Coordinate with service teams to provide after-sales support and resolve any issues related to product installation or maintenance.Client Support & After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction with product functionality and performance.Address any technical issues or product-related questions promptly, coordinating with the technical team when needed.Desired Qualifications & Skills:Experience:Proven sales experience, ideally in the healthcare, radiology, or medical device industry, with a strong focus on X-ray equipment and diagnostic tools.Experience in consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.Educational Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field (preferred).Technical certifications or training in radiology equipment would be a plus.Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of radiology X-ray products, technology, and applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with healthcare professionals.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to address customer needs and challenges.Technical proficiency to explain complex product features in simple terms.Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively while collaborating with internal teams.
