Role & responsibilities: IT Business Partner plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business objectives. The primary responsibility is to align technology solutions, strategies, and initiatives with the overall goals of the organization. Single Point of contact for Business Team from Finance business vertical on one side and Product Team in China on the other side. Act as an interface between the two teams to deliver meaningful business solutions.Responsible for Requirement Gathering from Business Key Users from Finance vertical. Transform the raw business requirements into stipulated formats for submission to Product Teams in China including but not limited to proper detailing of requirements, mapping to Products, ROI analysis in the form of cost savings / efficiency improvements / compliance adherence, etc. Good understanding of local compliance requirements in India from accounting, customs and tax perspective; identify issues in current process flows in discussion with business team and provide feedback to the product team in China. Custodian of Change Management Processes. Coordinate between Product Team in China and Business Users in India to get the UAT testing, Trainings, Rollout, etc. done on timely basis. Modify, Translate and Rollout User Manuals at the time of major/minor releases. Training and handholding of Application Operations team in India by providing required documents and trainings for every major/minor Product Release.Preferred candidate profile: More than 6-7 years of work experience in the IT industry in a similar role, supporting a team of more than 50 business users. Full Time Graduation in Information Technology / Computer Science / Finance is a must; Post Graduate / MBA shall be an added plus Possess high-quality service awareness, strong learning ability, proactive work ethics, and can accurately understand the IT requirement of business departments. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills and building and maintaining strong relationships with people at all levels of the organization.Develop deep domain knowledge of your partner's organizational functions, work closely with partners to understand their social, environmental, and financial priorities and ensure that the business is linked with these priorities.Fair understanding of Finance business (ERP, Finance and Economics Management, Accounting Management, Funds Management, Tax, Customs, Internal Controls, Assets Management) processes preferably in Electronics / Mobile product company or any similar organization. Familiar with the IT system design principles like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), IT System development methodologies like Waterfall and Agile. Base in India - Gurugram/Greater Noida location, and onsite / remote support for the India Region. Can communicate with the users in English and accept travel to the other country.
