Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with a strong background in requirement gathering, design workshops, and technical solutioning. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Service Now's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) suite and demonstrate the ability to bridge business needs with technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities Lead requirement gathering sessions with HR stakeholders and business users. Conduct design and solution workshops to finalize HRSD module configurations and customizations. Translate business requirements into technical solutions leveraging HRSD best practices. Configure and implement HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and other HRSD features. Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and solution design documents. Collaborate with cross-functional ServiceNow teams (platform, ITSM, security, etc.) for integrations. Support UAT, deployments, and provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of overall ServiceNow experience, with 3+ years in HRSD implementation and support. Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they map to ServiceNow HRSD capabilities. Proven experience in conducting workshops, requirement analysis, and solution design. Hands-on experience with configuring HR Case types, templates, COEs, lifecycle events, and employee workflows. Familiarity with scoped applications, Flow Designer, and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP, MID Server). ServiceNow HRSD certification (preferred). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
