We have something exciting to offer!We want you, if you are driven and have a knack for building trusted relationships.Join our team as a Distribution Account Manager with the objective to capture maximum growth potential in the market by building up the strong channel infrastructure!Your role will involve managing and expanding the Channel Partner Program (CPP) in the region, with a focus on creating a robust channel infrastructure, encompassing distributors and various channel partners.You will be developing new system integrators, value added resellers into the CPP program, empowering the channel partners by continuous training, coaching and education. You will set targets and regularly assess the performance of our partners, ensuring we collaborate with the best in the market.We expect you to play an active role in driving revenue growth in the region, meeting and exceeding set targets, and enhancing our sales processes, tools, and guidelines.This position is based in Mumbai, India.What you will doAccount management of distributors in the market, acting as their main contact dailyOwning the Channel Partner Program in the assigned regionDeveloping new partners and continuously evaluate the performance of current partnersManaging stock levels and stock rotationsPlanning, implementing and following-up with distributors marketing activities with the local marketing managerTraining, coaching and educating the distributor and other channel partners on Axis productsEvaluating the performance of each distributor and channel partnerAchieving annual and quarterly targets set for the regionWho you areBachelors degree or equivalentAt least 5 years experience in a similar positionTrack record of reaching sales targets working through partnersAble to optimally analyze and prioritize customersDriven and self-motivated team playerGood knowledge of networking, IP-based technologies and applicationsHas good organizational skills, and able to handle multiple prioritiesExcellent communication skillsAble to build and maintain relations with customersWhat Axis has to offerAt Axis you will be working within an international organization surrounded by enthusiastic people in an open-minded and innovative culture.
