Requirement Elicitation and SynthesisEngage with stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and students, to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs, challenges, and objectives.Analyse and document user requirements, ensuring they are complete, clear, and actionable.Prioritize requirements based on stakeholder needs, feasibility, and project goals.2. Documentation and Analysis:Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases.Develop requirement traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are tracked and met.Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or enhancement.3. Solution Design and Development:Collaborate with the technology team to design and develop solutions that meet user requirements and are technically feasible.Participate in design reviews, providing input and feedback to ensure that solutions align with user needs and best practices.4. Testing and Quality Assurance:Develop comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on user requirements and functional specifications.Conduct various types of testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Identify, document, and report defects and issues discovered during testing, working closely with the technology team to resolve them.Coordinate and facilitate user acceptance testing with stakeholders, ensuring the system meets their needs and expectations.5. Stakeholder Management and Communication:Serve as the primary liaison between the users and the technology team, facilitating clear and continuous communication.Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings to discuss project progress, changes, and any emerging issues.6. Continuous Improvement:Collect and analyse user feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement in the LMS.Propose and implement enhancements and updates to the LMS based on user feedback, technological advancements.Stay abreast with latest developments in LMS technology, e-learning, and educational best practices, applying this knowledge to improve the system.7.
