Job Description

Salary up to 4lpa location: Surat but wfh immediate joiner excellent communication minimum 2years of experience in b2b sales Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Conduct research on target industries, markets, and decision-makers. Qualify leads and set up meetings or demos with the Sales Manager or Business Head. Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship-building with prospects. Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools. Pitch company services/products and customize communication based on client needs. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and outreach strategies. Prepare reports and provide regular updates on sales activities and outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Apollo, SalesQL, etc.), and CRM software. Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Familiarity with SaaS, digital marketing, recruitment services, or IT services (as per your industry) is a plus.
