By leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning, we enable financial institutions to make faster, data-driven lending decisionsempowering SMEs with fairer, more inclusive financial access. The Role We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive collaborations with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and ecosystem partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on consultative engagements, building high-impact partnerships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our AI-powered solutions by identifying new opportunities, engaging CXOs, and co-creating embedded finance offerings that reshape SME lending. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Business Development & CXO Engagement • Conduct in-depth market and partner analysis, identifying opportunities to embed our AI-powered lending solutions. • Engage C-suite executives and decision-makers, articulating the value of AI-driven credit scoring in reducing defaults, accelerating approvals, and enhancing financial inclusion. • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key industry verticals (retail, logistics, manufacturing, etc.). Partnership Growth & Ecosystem Expansion • Forge strategic alliances with banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and trade associations to enable seamless SME financing. • Lead joint GTM initiatives with partners, driving co-branded campaigns, API integrations, and bundled financial products. • Identify and nurture new revenue streams through collaborative business models. • Hybrid Engagement & Thought Leadership • Drive virtual and in-person engagements with industry leaders through webinars, roundtables, and demo sessions. • Represent the company at fintech summits, investor forums, and industry conferences, positioning our AI-driven credit solutions as market leaders. Data-Driven Business Growth & Optimization • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-powered lead scoring to optimize partnership pipelines. • Track key performance metrics and iterate on business development strategies for maximum impact. Who You Are Experience : 3-5 years in B2B business development, strategic partnerships, or fintech/SaaS sales, with a proven track record of closing six/seven-figure deals. Skills & Expertise: • Strong grasp of consultative selling frameworks. • Ability to simplify AI/ML concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in hybrid engagement tools (Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.). Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, curiosity about AI and credit risk models, and a deep passion for financial inclusion. Education: Bachelors in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
