Job Title: B2B corporate Senior Sales SW & Controls [Automotive Industry] Location: Gurgaon. Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Senior (7-10 years) Key Responsibilities: • You will have responsibility for the sales and marketing of our SW & Controls services, Targeting AVL’s Automotive SW portfolio. • Acquiring new customers & supporting the existing customer base (OEMs and Tier1s). • Determining customer requirements and creating presentations based on these requirements. • Organization and implementation of the AVL sales process from proposal preparation to closing in coordination with the customer manager. • Negotiating all relevant agreements with the customer regarding the development and delivery of products and services in coordination with the customer manager. • With your keen intuition for the market and your customers, you will make a decisive contribution to achieving the company's goals. Coordination & Corporation • Coordination with the customer's purchasing and specialist departments in relation to development projects. • Cooperation and support of international sales colleagues in the local processing of customer issues. • Cooperation and coordination with internal technical departments, project teams and controlling. Sales strategy and planning • Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve the company's sales and growth targets. Customer relationship management: • Maintaining and expanding long-term, successful customer relationships and acquiring new strategic customers. • Market analysis and competition monitoring: analyzing market trends and competitive activities to continuously adapt the sales strategy and develop new business opportunities
