Role & responsibilities Collaborate with the CEO, Sales, and Product teams to define and execute strategic growth plans. Develop and execute strategies to acquire and retain B2B customers. Build meaningful and lasting relationships with customers and target audiences. Manage and enhance the company's digital presence, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media. Strengthen brand identity, visibility, and recognition across channels. Create and publish content for blogs, whitepapers, websites, and other platforms. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish. Develop sales and product marketing collateral, including go-to-market strategies. Craft and implement localized marketing strategies through events, digital outreach, PR, and more. Monitor campaign performance, analyze consumer behavior, and track competitor activity to refine strategies. Skills & Qualifications 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology-based marketing. Strong understanding of SaaS High energy, passion, and a commercial mindset. Proficiency in modern digital marketing techniques (PPC, SEO, HTML, CSS). Experience with customer acquisition and lead generation strategies. Self-starter with strong leadership skills and accountability. Experience with automation and analytics tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment. Positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset. Prior experience in a startup environment is a plus.
