Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our core team. This person will be responsible for the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to meetings, pitching, and deal closures — across wholesale, HoReCa, institutional, and bulk channels. You’ll be supported by an experienced B2B director who will focus on deal closures and key accounts, while you execute all operational tasks to bring those deals to life. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify new B2B leads across wholesale, HoReCa, kirana distributors, mid-day meal contractors, central kitchens, and institutional buyers Actively use LinkedIn, trade platforms, exhibitions, cold calls, and physical visits to generate qualified leads Client Outreach & Follow-up Initiate and maintain consistent communication with prospects via phone, email, and visits Schedule and attend meetings (virtual or in-person) and manage follow-ups diligently Pitching & Product Presentation Present Diara’s product range using physical samples, digital brochures, and tailored pitch decks Communicate pricing, USPs, packaging options, MOQ, and credit terms effectively Quotation, Negotiation & Closure Share customized quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with the Director for special deals Support onboarding of new clients by managing order finalization and documentation CRM Maintenance & Sales Reporting Help maintain CRM systems by logging updated client data, activity records, call logs, meeting notes, and deal stages Submit daily/weekly reports on sales funnel activity, conversions, and market intelligence Market Feedback & Competitor Insights Regularly gather insights on competitor pricing, new product launches, and shifting customer preferences Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Willingness to travel: 50% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9082904199
