Job Title: B2B Sales Executive β Advertising Agency Location: Mumbai Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1β3 years in field sales Region: Mumbai + Pune + Nashik We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our fast-paced advertising agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching our advertising solutions, and closing sales through in-person meetings. This is a field-based role requiring strong interpersonal skills, persistence, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: β Visit potential clients (local businesses, brands, retailers, etc.) to present and sell advertising solutions. β Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. β Understand client needs and recommend suitable advertising options (print, digital, outdoor, social media, etc.). β Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. β Follow up with leads, schedule meetings, and close deals effectively. β Coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns. β Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client communications. Provide market feedback to management and suggest improvements to offerings. Requirements: β Proven experience in field sales, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing. β Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. β Familiarity with the local market and client landscape is a plus. β Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (for local travel and communication). β Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
