Location: India Experience: 8-10 Years Industry: IT & Non-IT Staffing Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with 8-10 years of experience in driving staffing solutions for Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, account management, and revenue generation, specifically with large captive centers employing over 10,000 professionals. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and the ability to secure multi-year contracts. The candidate must possess deep expertise in navigating the entire sales lifecycle, from opening new accounts to executing staffing contracts. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within large GCCs in India. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand client accounts. Conduct comprehensive account mapping to engage key stakeholders and decision-makers. End-to-End Account Ownership & Contracting: Drive the entire sales cycle, from opening a new account to securing multi-year staffing contracts. Lead contract discussions and commercial negotiations with procurement, legal, and HR teams. Ensure favorable contract terms while aligning with client compliance and operational requirements. Develop and execute a structured account penetration strategy to establish long-term relationships. Work closely with internal teams (delivery, operations, and legal) to streamline onboarding and execution. Ensure smooth contract implementation and service fulfillment post-deal closure. Sales and Revenue Generation: Lead end-to-end sales processes for IT & Non-IT staffing solutions. Align staffing services with client workforce requirements and organizational goals. Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closure. Continuously expand account revenue through up-selling and cross-selling of staffing solutions. Develop multi-location and volume hiring strategies to scale engagements over time. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior client executives. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Identify and engage with CXOs, HR leaders, and procurement heads to position staffing solutions. Proactively address client needs and resolve issues to maintain service excellence. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor activities. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership on market opportunities. Adapt sales strategies based on market intelligence and client feedback. Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the staffing industry, focusing on large GCCs. Proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle, from opening accounts to contracting and service execution. Demonstrated success in securing multi-year contracts and managing large- scale client engagements. Strong understanding of IT & Non-IT staffing solutions and market trends. Exceptional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
