Position Overview: The B2B Partnership will identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with key business partners. This role is crucial to driving company growth by establishing collaborative ventures, fostering ongoing relationships, and aligning business goals with partners. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards creating value through strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Build Partnerships: Research and approach potential B2B partners aligned with the companys business objectives. Partnership Strategy Development: Create and execute strategies for long-term and profitable partnerships. Assess market trends, competition, and potential opportunities. Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, ensuring mutual benefits are realized and growth targets are met. Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with partners to ensure fair and productive agreements, manage contract renewals, and resolve any partnership-related conflicts. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and other departments to leverage partnerships and drive initiatives that benefit the company. Performance Monitoring: Analyze partnership performance metrics, including revenue, lead generation, and customer satisfaction, and prepare regular reports for senior leadership. Cross-Promotion and Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with partners on joint marketing, advertising, and product development initiatives. Compliance: Ensure all partnerships comply with company policies, legal requirements, and contractual agreements. Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, business development, or sales. Proven success in managing and expanding B2B partnerships. Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to think strategically and identify partnership opportunities. Project management skills with a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage cross-functional relationships. Analytical skills with the ability to measure and interpret partnership performance. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the industry related to the company. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and partnership management too
