Job Title: Telecaller Location: Badlapur, Maharashtra Salary: ₹20,000 per month Industry: Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Coatings, Torque Tools Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Badlapur. The role involves reaching out to potential clients across multiple industries, generating leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for our group companies Key Responsibilities:1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation Make outbound calls to prospects in target sectors like construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and defense. Generate qualified leads for: heavy fabrication services film galvanizing solutions industrial torque tools Maintain a daily log of calls and follow-up activities. 2. Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Regularly follow up to move leads through the sales funnel. 3. Database Management & Reporting Accurately maintain and update customer databases. Prepare daily/weekly reports on call metrics, responses, and lead conversions. 4. Coordination with Sales Team Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team. Assist in executing online and offline marketing initiatives. 5. Handling Customer Queries Address routine customer inquiries about products and services. Escalate technical or complex queries to the appropriate sales personnel. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 year in telecalling or telesales; industrial/B2B experience preferred. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); graduates are preferred. Languages: Fluency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is essential. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Persuasive with good objection-handling skills. Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Self-driven with strong follow-up discipline.
