Back End Developer

Job Description

Backend Developer Java & Microservices We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong analytical skills and expertise in Java & Spring Boot to design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs . The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of backend systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices . Key Responsibilities (Prioritized) Core Backend Development (High Priority) Develop, integrate, monitor, and document public APIs and microservices . Strong expertise in Java with Spring Boot (experience with additional languages is a plus). Work with both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases . Scalable System Design & Microservices Architecture Build and optimize distributed systems , leveraging messaging queues, caching, and microservices patterns . Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) . Work with AWS cloud services for hosting, scaling, and managing infrastructure. DevOps, CI/CD, and Code Quality Hands-on experience with Git for version control and CI/CD pipelines . Strong focus on code organization, technical debt reduction, and peer code reviews . Experience with issue tracking (JIRA) and documentation (Confluence) . Additional Exposure (Good to Have) Experience working with both mobile and web-based applications . Domain knowledge in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) tech stack .
