The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating closely with the merchandising team, maintaining accurate records, processing sales and delivery orders, generating invoices, and ensuring timely communication and follow-ups with clients. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent communication to ensure seamless backend operations and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Order Management: Receive, review, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Input sales orders, delivery orders, and related data into the system. Ensure timely and error-free processing to meet customer expectations. Coordination: Liaise with the merchandising team for product availability, timelines, and updates. Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure smooth order flow. Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, phone, or other channels. Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and resolve any order-related issues. Follow-ups: Ensure diligent and regular follow-up with internal teams and customers until tasks are completed. Track pending orders and deliveries, and escalate delays as necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications:Commerce, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a back-office or operations support role. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and order processing software (ERP knowledge is a plus). High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
