The Back Office Employee will be responsible for handling back office operations, supporting finance and sales teams, providing customer service, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Daily tasks include processing transactions, managing records, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth flow of information. Qualifications Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data processing and record management Strong Communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication Customer Service skills, with a focus on maintaining client relationships and addressing inquiries Basic knowledge of Finance-related tasks and processes Understanding of Sales operations and support activities Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in an export, manufacturing, or trading firm is a plus Relevant certification or degree in Business Administration or related field Show more Show less
