Company Name - Living Liquidz India Private Limited Location - Bandra Job Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data entry tasks, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative functions. Basic knowledge of Excel is required for organizing and analysing data efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Accurately enter data into company databases. Create and manage basic spreadsheets. Perform basic data analysis such as sorting, filtering, and generating simple reports using Excel formulas. Maintain databases with accurate and timely information. Organize and maintain physical and digital files. Ensure that data is well-organized, easily retrievable, and up to date. Address queries related to data entry and assist in resolving discrepancies. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in data entry or back-office administration. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including familiarity with functions like SUM, AVERAGE, VLOOKUP, etc.). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
