Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our advertising agencies operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth workflow in documentation, Excel and PowerPoint reporting, and client communications. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and manage records of advertising campaigns. Create Excel and PowerPoint reports for client presentations. Coordinate with the creative team and vendors for campaign execution. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for client reporting. Assist in processing vendor payments and tracking campaign budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role ( experience in an advertising agency is a plus ). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email handling. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
