Job Title: Back Office Executive (Admin) Location: Thaltej Road, Ahmedabad Experience : Minimum 1 Year Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: β Perform data entry, documentation, record-keeping, and filing tasks β Manage internal databases, update records, and maintain accuracy β Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth administrative processes β Handle calls, emails, and correspondence related to admin tasks β Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting HR/admin activities β Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary β Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements: β Minimum 1 year of experience in a back office or administrative role β Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) β Strong organizational and multitasking skills β Good written and verbal communication β Ability to work independently and as part of a team β Graduate in any discipline (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to βΉ18,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Are you Comfortable with Thaltej Location?
