Job Title: Backend Coordinator Location: Kalamasserry Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Backend Coordinator with a minimum of 1 year of experience in handling backend operations. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination, supporting internal teams, and maintaining accurate documentation and workflow processes. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate backend processes and assist various departments including operations, sales, and customer support. Handle documentation, order processing, data entry, and internal follow-ups. Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal records and databases. Monitor workflow timelines and assist in resolving operational delays or issues. Support internal communication and act as a bridge between teams. Prepare and share daily and weekly backend reports with the management team. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling company data. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in backend operations, administration, or coordination roles. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
