What you'll do : - Design and implement scalable, distributed systems using Golang or Java. - These systems will be the backbone of our platform, ensuring smooth operation and exceptional user experiences. - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that embodies best practices. - You'll have the freedom to choose between Golang and Java, leveraging your expertise to create bulletproof solutions. - Be our eyes and ears by monitoring system health using an open-source Observability stack including Loki, Grafana, and other cutting-edge tools. - You'll be the go-to person for identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise. - Become a master of AWS services. - You'll build and maintain robust infrastructure on this platform, ensuring our systems are always available and performant. - Streamline our development process by setting up and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. - This will ensure a smooth and efficient deployment process. - Share your knowledge and experience with our junior engineers. - Guide and mentor them, helping them develop their skills and become future stars of the team. Who you are : - You have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a proven track record of success. - You thrive in the fast-paced environment of a startup and are energized by the challenges and opportunities it presents. - You have a strong understanding of the Fintech industry, its unique challenges, and relevant regulations. - You're passionate about building high-quality, scalable systems and possess a deep knowledge of either Golang or Java (or ideally, both!). - You're a master of problem-solving, possess excellent communication skills, and enjoy collaborating with a talented team. - You're eager to mentor and contribute to the professional growth of others.
