Responsibilities and Duties 1. Answer incoming USA customer phone calls, chats and emails and take appropriate action for each query. 2. Ensure the quality of service delivery of the task assigned. 3. Working with vendors for resolving queries. 4. Good written and spoken English is a must for the profile. 5. E-commerce account handling for order fulfillment and customer ratings. Key Skills Email, chat and voice support for USA clients and customers. Candidate with good customer service skills, fluent English and Microsoft Excel knowledge would be preferred. 2 Saturday and All Sundays off.
