ArchitectureDesign Designand oversee the development of scalable, maintainable, and high-performancebackend architectures. Ensurealignment with industry best practices and company objectives. Back-enddevelopment Writeclean, efficient, and reusable code in Golang and Python. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features. Scalabilityand Performance Optimizesystem performance and ensure scalability for high-traffic environments. Designand implement microservices-based architectures. TechnologyLeadership Stayupdated with the latest trends in backend development and cloud technologies. Providetechnical leadership and mentorship to the development team. CodeReview and Quality Assurance Conductcode reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Defineand enforce coding guidelines and workflows Collaboration Workclosely with DevOps, frontend teams, product stakeholders and Vendors to meettechnical and business goals. Documentarchitectural decisions and system designs for future reference Monitoringand Troubleshooting Developmonitoring tools and dashboards for backend systems. Identifyand resolve bottlenecks and bugs Required Skills: Strong expertise in Golang and Python with a proven track recordof developing backend systems. Knowledge of C C++ is good to have. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message queues(e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS,GCP, Azure). Proficiency in database technologies (e.g.Oracle) and query optimization. Hands-on experience with microservicesarchitecture and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of distributed systems andevent-driven architectures. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines(must) andDevOps practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with real-time systems or low-latency applications. Knowledge of API gateways and reverse proxies (e.g. Nginx, Envoy). Understanding of performance profiling, monitoring, and securitybest practices. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor"s/ Master"s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 5to 8 years of hands-on experience in backend development and architecturedesign. Personal Attributes: Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
