Role & responsibilities Responsible for Tool Room Planning.Manage Tool Room staff aspects of prep on the target of Tool Room.Monthly MIS.Cost reduction in tooling Ensure all work done in accordance & legal requirement using only method & technique in tool room.Tracking design before manufacturing good knowledge of stamping tool.Motivate and support shop staff in the achievement of KRA.Making Spares as per requirements in progressive as well as stage tool & problem-solving online production.SAP Knowledge and TPM knowledge, Design department knowledge, Spare knowledge, Tool room documentation, Perfect Knowledge of IS/ ISO Audit
