My experience at the Bajaj finance service was quick and one mam at the token counter was very helpful in clearing all the doubts related payment issues.

I have visited this branch today .mr chary garu helped me to complete my process very easily..for cheque deposit and cash deposit to loan account available here

Office closing at time 4 pm .but they people mentioned in the portal is 7 pm. Customer response also very careless. They people can't lesson customers note clearly

Visited the branch and was not allowed to reach the customer service counter, only to be told by the security guard to go to another branch 20 km away. I mean, at least let the customer talk to customer service counter employee to discuss …

They mentioned 6:30 but is 9:00 to 5:00 watchman said

They tell to scan the QR for token number but send the others without token number order. Waiting time is too long. The customer service desk person are free but the customer needs to wait till they call us.

People don’t respond in office and they always do this every single time .

Time worst if you have any Other options u can choose but bajaj Too many call for the day

If you wanted to spend money but not save then you can take any type of loan from Bajaj. These people will charge 10% of interest if we miss one EMI next day of due date. I personally experienced with this problem. Literally they are taking advantage of needy people. We need to realise ASAP.
