Role & responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced candidate who will bring extensive experience in managing safety activities, particularly in the Chemical Sector, with a proven track record in risk assessment, incident management, and the successful implementation of safety programs.The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, minimizing risks, and promoting a culture of safety throughout our operations.Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses such as HAZOP for the chemical processes.Ensure that all risks associated with the handling of hazardous chemicals are identified, evaluated, and mitigated, maintaining a safe working environment .Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.Document incidents thoroughly, ensuring compliance with PESO, DISH and other regulatory bodies. Ensure compliance with DISH, PESO, and other applicable licensing requirements.Address non-compliance issues and drive continuous improvement.
