The role involves onboarding new hires, mentoring sales teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver training on insurance products, sales strategies, and CRM. Onboard new hires and integrate them into sales teams. Mentor teams to exceed sales targets. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary improvements. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Keep teams updated on policy, product, and regulatory changes. Skills & Qualifications: Strong people management, motivational, and coaching abilities. Proficiency with virtual platforms, LMS/TMS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of insurance products and sales strategies. Minimum 10 years of insurance experience, including 3-5 years as a Bancassurance trainer. Graduate (preferably MBA, LOMA, or AICPCU).
