1. JOB TITLE Unit Manager 2. QUALIFICATION - Bachelor's degree mandatory with No backlogs 3. SALARY Salary will vary based on role, educational background, and previous work experience. 4. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Recruit, onboard, and train insurance agents to achieve sales targets. - Provide leadership, guidance, and support to agents to enhance their skills. - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement. - Set ambitious sales targets and monitor performance. - Foster strong relationships with agents, clients, and stakeholders. - Conduct training sessions and workshops on product knowledge and sales skills. - Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies. - Monitor agents' adherence to ethical sales practices. - Conduct audits and implement corrective measures as needed. - Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve sales strategies. - Prepare and present reports on performance, market trends, and competition. 5. SKILLS - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. - Sound knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market dynamics. - -Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
