Job Title: Banking Operations Sr. Executive Location: Noida Experience: 5+ years in Banking Operations & Loan Processing Industry: Manufacturing Job Summary: We are looking for a Hands-on Banking Operations Asstt Manager Finance who will be responsible for managing all banking activities. The ideal candidate must be self-driven and proactive , handling Term loan and Working Capital Application, processing, import payments, FDRs, and liaising with banks/NBFCs on his own. Key Responsibilities: 1. Banking & Financial Operations Personally visit banks for transactions, fund transfers, and document submissions. Handle daily banking operations , Cash Flow projections and fund management. Ensure opening and negotiation of import/domestic LCs, and bank guarantees . Manage Fixed Deposit Receipts (FDRs) , including renewals and interest tracking. 2. Loan Processing & Disbursement Prepare and submit loan applications to banks/NBFCs and personally follow up for approvals. Ensure timely repayment of company loans , coordinating directly with financial institutions. 3. Liaison & Compliance Act as the single point of contact for all banking matters, interacting with banks Execution of loan agreements, banking documents, and financial records for audits and reporting. Work closely with finance & accounts teams for seamless financial management. Key Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field (MBA/CA preferred). 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in banking operations, loan processing, and financial compliance . Must be comfortable visiting banks/NBFCs regularly and handling all banking work independently. knowledge of loan disbursement, trade finance, import/export banking, and financial regulations . Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and banking software . Self-motivated and proactive , with strong negotiation and communication skills. assistant manager
