Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Banquet Sales Executive with a proven track record in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating banquet sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless event execution. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for banquet events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Conduct site visits, present banquet facilities, and provide customized proposals to prospective clients. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the banquet and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events. Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams, ensuring all aspects of the event are met. Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and maximizing profitability. Manage deposits, payments, and post-event billing in coordination with the finance department. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies effectively. Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process. Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
