Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels. Event Coordination: Collaborate with the banquet and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of events. Communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams, ensuring all aspects of the event are met. Contract Management: Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and maximizing profitability. Manage deposits, payments, and post-event billing in coordination with the finance department. Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adapt sales strategies effectively. Prepare reports on sales activities, revenue forecasts, and market intelligence. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process. Address and resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally.
